Stitch On Sunday Blanket Week One

If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that on most Sunday’s I post a photograph of a swatch with instructions for knitting the lace pattern it comprises of. These posts are some of my most popular and viewers love to bookmark them to use them later.
I decided I wanted to do something more with this. So I am changing Stitch on Sunday into something a little more useful
From today, Stitch on Sunday will now be a work in progress which we can all join in and do together to create the Stitch on Sunday Blanket.
Each week I will share a swatch with the instructions to knit it, but, as the weeks progress, I will be adding each swatch to the last, creating a blanket of 40 lace swatches.
This will all be free for you to join in with. I will be posting the swatches here, but also over on Instagram and on YouTube. The YouTube version will show me knitting a little bit of the swatch so you can see exactly what you need to do to create your blanket.
I will also be sending an email out each week, of the squares, in a mailing list. You can sign up for that here.
Please note, since the blanket squares started in January 2021, the emails you receive will start from week one. So you may see what is ahead long before you receive them. They will arrive weekly from the first Sunday after you sign up.

You can scroll down for the pattern or head over to YouTube and Instagram right now to see week one. I will also send a weekly email to my mailing list, so if you would like an email once a week to remind you to work on your blanket, you can sign up here.
